Our grief is holy. Our grief is sacred. Our tears water the soil and make fertile what was decayed. We clear and make space for new life. On the Spring Equinox, we remember the light. We welcome rebirth and renewal!

  • Together we will:

    • Co-create a container of shared accountability

    • Engage in community discussion with guided prompts to foster presence, reflection, support, and connection

    • Explore intuitive, gentle somatics (shaking, sensual movement, tapping, swaying, gentle yoga)

    • Rest with sound healing and group energy work

  • Feeling lonely/isolated and don’t have anyone to talk to about the horrors

  • I am really big on transparency when it comes to energetic and financial exchanges.

    This offering is mutual aid. I am here to offer radical presence and holistic replenishment.

    grounded in grief is FREE to attend, however donations will be accepted either through cash or venmo/cashapp/apple pay.
