Alchemist
I am a channel of insight and a vessel for collective healing. I have years of experience holding space for others, handling mediation, and having difficult conversations. I firmly believe that character reveals more about a person than their job title, but if you wanted to know, some 9-5 titles I've held range from actor to front desk associate to server to sales clerk to social-emotional learning interventionist to health educator to restorative circle facilitator.
I thrive in non-traditional spaces thanks to my training as a performer. After graduating with a BFA in Musical Theatre, I moved nine hours away from home and experienced profound, holistic development. I have learned how to be the fiercest advocate for myself through perpetually healing generational trauma and saying yes to what lights me on fire. I have returned to childlike wonder by unraveling my conditioning and decolonizing my relationship with play, accountability, radical self-care, and spirituality.
Living every day to make my ancestors proud. Living every day to liberate myself.

Goldn Ki' Healing
[gowl·dn kee hee·luhng]
In creating Goldn Ki’ Healing, the intention was to serve expressive artists (singers, dancers, movers, and makers). As I began to decolonize my relationship with creation, I recognized that we are ALL artists. Does the moon not create magnificent tides? With this in mind, I am open to working with folks who may not identify as an artist but are open to artistic and holistic forms of healing.
Inspired by my Taíno lineage, Ki’ means earth spirit. It is also a play on the word Reiki which means Universal life force energy. The foundation of GKH is warm and honors the spirit of the land and all living things.
In the theatre, there is a phrase; "Find your light." Sometimes we forget that the light is within us, too, and that our shadows can be instrumental in creating shapes and telling stories. GKH is the embodiment of finding your wholeness as a vessel for change through your art or your expression.
In creating art, we connect with and reparent our inner child. Through community creation and processing, we heal by being in the presence of empathetic witnesses. By being seen in the vulnerability of our imaginations, we can be brave enough to change the world. And so, I invite you all to be part of this mission.
Your grief is welcome here. Your joy is welcome here. Your celebrations are welcome here. Your trauma and confusion and heartbreak, too.
Transmute your emotions into art. Alchemize them. This is only the beginning of the future we can build together.
